How to manually add DCH-Z120 to mydlink account
First, ensure the DCH-G020 has been successfully added to your mydlink account.
Tap the gear icon at the top left of the app screen and then tap ‘Add a new device’. |
Tap on ‘Manual Setup’. |
Tap on ‘Sensor’, and select the DCH-Z120. |

The DCH-Z120 will now search for and attempt to connect to your Hub | If the app does not see the Sensor join to the Hub, it will ask you to search again. If it still does not find it, then you can restart the Hardware Setup – tap the button. |
On the back of the Sensor, swipe the Tamper switch four times, holding it down on the fourth swipe until the LED glows and fades. |
The app will search for the Sensor again. |
When the Sensor is found, you can then give it a name, which will be how it shows in the app – when done, tap ‘Finish’. |
You can now see the Sensor listed in My Devices, attached to the Hub. Tap on it. |
