How do I reset my smart plug to default factory settings?

Method 1: Through the AQUILA PRO AI App

Step 1: Launch the AQUILA PRO AI app, and then log in with your D-Link account.

Step 2: Go to the location where your smart plug is installed, then tap on your smart plug.

Step 3: Tap the Settings icon to access the device’s settings page.

Step 4 Tap Remove Device.

Step 5 Tap Remove again to confirm. When the LED starts blinking orange, the smart plug has been successfully restored to factory settings.

Method 2: Using the physical RESET button

Step 1: Press and hold the power button on the smart plug for approximately 10 seconds until the LED turns red.

Step 2: When the LED starts blinking orange, the smart plug has been successfully restored to factory settings.
